Nutrition, Yoga and Weight loss

How does yoga together with nutrition help you to maintain an optimal and balanced weight is the theme of the last workshop with Priya Singh.

With the modern age has come an influx of health issues that are predominantly caused and exacerbated by poor nutrition and stress.
In this workshop we will talk about Nutrition, the good and bad foods, how do we detox gently, and the sources for maximizing your diet. In addition we will explore how Yoga can play a huge role in supporting your weight loss plan with a few simple postures and breathing exercises.

About the teacher:
Priya Singh is an Integrative Health Coatch, Yoga Therapist, Certified Cupping Therapist and an Ayurvedic Beauty and Lifestyle Consultant. Born and brought up in India, Priya has over 30 years experience of practicing and teaching traditional, classical Hatha Yoga. She combines her Eastern roots with her Western sensibilities to engage her students and clients in an open and nurturing environment. Priya works on helping you heal common medical and physical issues with the use of yoga, pranayama, meditation, diet, cupping and various other holistic modalities. 1,200 Kč - advanced payment (or 1,500 Kč at the door)

Other conditions:
The deposit of 400 Kc has to be paid upon registration, the rest at the day of the workshop in the studio. 

Cancelation policy:
If you cancel your registration less then 2 weeks prior to the workshop, the deposit is non-refundable.
